On July 16th, we started a new 30-40 mins a day, 4 day a week for 8 weeks. ⁣

In the middle of the program we relocated to Florida. After a few days of being in Florida we went to South Carolina for a week. Needless to say we were busy 😜πŸ€ͺ. ⁣

We could have given ourselves plenty of reasons to stop πŸ›‘ or postpone our journey! We all know what happens when you postpone something, so we pushed through πŸ˜„. ⁣

I loved the program because of its flexible and I am in LOVE with my back gains πŸ’ͺ🏾. You have to see my other post for those pictures 😁. ⁣
