The 2 bottoms pictures are cardio only. I did the elliptical 2 weeks before starting new program. I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. ⁣⁣⁣

When I starting my journey I had no idea what to expect πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ. I know that I didn’t set the bar high for myself. I started my journey with the mindset that it wasn’t going to work. Boy was I wrong πŸ€₯πŸ€₯. ⁣⁣⁣
