These pictures popped up in my Facebook memories. The next 3 paragraphs are from my post on August 26th 2017 😀

The 2 bottoms pictures are cardio only. I did the elliptical 2 weeks before starting new program. I wasn’t getting the results I wanted.
The 2 top pictures are the new program. As you can see I am getting quicker results with the new program than I was with just doing the elliptical.
When I starting my journey I had no idea what to expect 🤷🏾♀️. I know that I didn’t set the bar high for myself. I started my journey with the mindset that it wasn’t going to work. Boy was I wrong 🤥🤥.
I did know that some people were getting result, but that information came from the infomercials. Well, at the time that was not a credible source 🤪. I thought the pictures were photoshopped 🤣🤣.
Little did I know…1 year ago that I would be a walking infomercial. I have been able to help so many women start their journeys because I shared my journey 🦋💜
The programs work if you DO! If you are SERIOUS about changing your weight and health these programs give you the tools to do it! 😀😀
I want to encourage you to start your transformation journey TODAY!
There is something for everybody! Below are the 2 programs I am favoring right now!
That could change as new stuff is being added all the time. There are aver 700+ different workouts and meal plans.
Don’t worry if you are UNABLE to workout I got something for you to!
Put the number below for the option you would like:
1: Workout 30-40 mins 4 days a week for 8 weeks. This is a high intensity cardio and strength training program. Came with a simple to use meal plan with a “treat” meal built into it.
2: Nutrition program- this program will change your mindset about food, your body, and losing weight. Instead of diets that focus on what you can’t eat, this simple and easy approach will have you focused on what you can eat so you feel full, satisfied, and in control without ever counting calories or points or measuring food.
